Sálvora Island-The great unknown

Located at the entrance of the Ría de Arousa and away from the tourist circuits. Throughout the year there is no regular passenger ship to the island.

It is the third of the archipelagos of the National Park, with a level of protection that surpasses its neighboring islands of Ons and Cíes. There is no type of transport throughout the island, and only free access to the lighthouse and a couple of beaches is allowed.

With a guide you can visit the old and abandoned village with its houses and streets completely paved. The only people who live in the surroundings are the lighthouse keeper and a guard of the Park.
